Maureen Robidoux, RN, BSN
Owner Certified Medical Aesthetic Nurse
Maureen received her nursing degree from Rivier College in 1992. For over 15 years she worked primarily in the Post Anesthesia Unit at various hospitals.
In 2000, she completed aesthetic training at Beauty Therapies. Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Brookline Massachusetts.
Over the past 13 years, Maureen has worked with several prominent Board Certified plastic surgeons in Massachusetts, where she perfected her skills in the use of lasers and cosmetic injectables. Maureen is considered a pioneer in the medical aesthetics industry and well known by her peers. Maureen recognizes that the decision to have any aesthetic procedure performed is a personal one. Clients are treated with the most current techniques, lasers, and products available today. Most importantly, she provides safe and effective treatments specializing in a more natural subtle appearance. Maureen has been credited with a wonderful 'aesthetic eye' and is considered an expert injector in her field. Maureen is a member of the American Association of Plastic Surgical Nurses and the American Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses. She is also the chairperson for the NH and Massachusetts AAMEP chapter.
Each year she regularly attends classes, seminars, and training so she can offer her clients the most current and up-to-date anti-aging treatments available. In 2017, Maureen passed the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist exam. CANS certification is supported by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and it provides professional recognition for aesthetic nurses who hold the value of education, clinical practice, and professional growth in the highest regard. In her spare time, Maureen volunteers at a local shelter and fosters cats and kittens. She is also an advocate for natural and holistic treatments for people diagnosed with cancer and other chronic diseases.

Pamela Rousseau

Pamela graduated in 2008 from the Mass Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Burlington Mass. with previous experience in the Beauty industry as a hairdresser and Aesthetician. Her goal was to pursue the art of physical and mental awareness through Bodywork & natural healing. Everyone is unique and it is very important to her that each treatment is based on experience to what works and what you are requesting at the time of your appointment. Dr. Chatson graduated from Amherst College and the New York University School of Medicine before completing his general surgery training at the University of Connecticut's Hartford Hospital. From there, he went on to train in plastic surgery at Brown University's Rhode Island Hospital and Harvard University's Brigham and Women's Hospital. Following his extensive training in plastic surgery at these prestigious institutions, Dr. Chatson met the rigorous qualifications of the American Board of Plastic Surgery to become a board-certified plastic surgeon.
In addition to being board-certified, Dr. Chatson is an active member of several professional associations including:

Dr. Chatson is the past president of the NESPRS.

Jill Geoffroy, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Jill is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience. She offers customized non-surgical facial and body procedures within the field of medical aesthetics, including neurotoxins, fillers, micro needling, PRP, body contouring, chemical peels and laser treatments.
She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve the most radiant, youthful, and natural appearance possible, while respecting and highlighting the unique features that make you one of a kind. At A Smoother You in Dracut, Jill will be offering a weight loss program using Semiglutide injections.
Jill is the passionate about keeping up with the newest products and techniques to always provide the best outcomes. She enjoys educating patients on treatment options and how medical grade skincare can make you feel and look better.
Jill spent the earlier part of her career in acute care nursing, including Massachusetts General Hospital, UMass Memorial Medical Center, Boston Medical Center. Working at MGH in Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery led her to find her true passion in Aesthetic Nursing.

Dr. Der Sarkissian
Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Der Sarkissian is a Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who focuses exclusively on the face and neck. He is the former Chief of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Boston Medical Center and presently serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Facial Plastic Surgery at Boston University School of Medicine. He is involved with teaching tenets of Facial Plastic Surgery to residents and fellows in training from Harvard University, Boston University, Tufts University and University of Massachusetts Schools of Medicine. He has been awarded Boston University’s coveted Teaching Award for Excellence in resident and medical student teaching. Dr. “D” received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in Biology and Art Humanities, and received his M.D. degree with Thesis Honors in Skin Aging Research from the University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine.
He trained in Head and Neck Surgery at New England Medical Center, Lahey Clinic, Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston University Hospital, and Boston VA Medical Center. He completed his training in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, under the tutelage of three of the foremost authorities in the field. Dr. Der Sarkissian has conducted significant research in the area of Skin Aging, Skin Cancer, and many aspects of Facial Reconstruction at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York University School of Medicine, National Institute of Health in Bethesda, and the University of Washington in Seattle. He has lectured extensively on various topics in Facial Plastic Surgery locally, nationally at NYU, UCLA, USC, University of Miami, University of Texas, and Duke University, and as far as Canada, Vietnam, Greece and Ecuador. He has written numerous journal articles and book chapters on his clinical and research interests. Dr. Der Sarkissian is regularly involved in pro bono endeavors domestically and internationally. He provides reconstructive surgery for victims of domestic violence and has traveled to Central America, South America, Southeast Asia, Armenia, and Ukraine to perform procedures to correct birth defects or deformities caused by trauma on the underprivileged.
